The Cam Valley Wildlife Group
The Group is an independent conservation organisation operating in and around Radstock, Midsomer Norton and surrounding villages.
Our aims are the conservation of local biodiversity, the promoting, awareness and understanding of local wildlife, and encouraging the enjoyment of wildlife.
Our activities are many and varied. We organise field trips in the Cam Valley, hold talks on wildlife at the Best Western Centurion Hotel, carry out conservation projects and surveys including flora, birds, bats and owls and raptors.
We also manage 2 small nature reserves, Gossard Reserve and Paulton Nature Reserve - shown on the map:
We produce a very professional newsletter for members quarterly and enjoy meeting up and having FUN!
